Class II mom Monica Pucheaux spoke to the Upper School this morning in honor of Women's History Month. Monica is the founder of Blush, a multimedia company connecting Latinx women around the world. Blush has a collaborative storytelling platform where women can share their stories, find role models, and dispel stereotypes. Monica spoke to our students about being an entrepreneur and a businesswoman. She discussed the difficulties of being a woman in the global marketplace, the gender pay gap, and being a working mom. Monica encouraged the boys to embrace differences and to see obstacles not as barriers, but as catalysts for success.
